Prices & Payments

All prices on Odd Existence's webshop are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.

Odd Existence reserves the right to change prices without further notice.

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Most Odd Existence garments are produced made-to-order, while ready-to-ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days after placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery within Denmark.

Orders within Denmark are shipped with DAO or GLS.

International orders are shipped with GLS, UPS, DHL or PostNord.

Please allow 5-14 business days for worldwide delivery once your order has been shipped.

If your order includes one or more made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 3 weeks of production time before your order is shipped.

If you would like your order shipped separately, please contact us via info@oddexistence.com and we will do our best to assist.

Made-to-order pieces

At Odd Existence, we create many of our garments made-to-order. This means that production begins after your order has been placed.

By producing after order, we avoid unnecessary overproduction and reduce waste, allowing us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and a more mindful production process.

Made-to-order pieces have a production time of up to 3 weeks (working days) before they are packed and shipped, depending on workload in our sewing studio.

Made-to-order includes both:

• Standard designs produced in standard sizes
• Pieces individually adjusted or customized based on your measurements or specific requests

You will receive an update via e-mail when your order is ready, and once your order has shipped you will receive delivery details via e-mail and/or text.

Delivery time is normally 2-10 business days within the EU.

If you need a product for a specific date, please contact us before ordering via info@oddexistence.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Ready-to-ship pieces

Items that are not made-to-order are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped.

International shoppers

For international shoppers, delivery time can be up to 1-3 weeks from when your package is shipped, depending on your location and local shipping conditions.

Please note that customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Odd Existence is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges requested by local authorities.

For customers in the United Kingdom, please be aware that customs charges and import fees may apply when receiving your package from Denmark due to Brexit.

For customers in the United States and other non-EU countries, please be aware that customs rules, import fees, and local taxes may vary depending on current regulations and the value of your order.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer

Returns & Exchanges

We want every Odd Existence piece to feel special and right for you. Since our garments are carefully produced and many pieces are made after your order is placed, we truly value making sure you are happy with your purchase.

If you receive your order and something is not as expected, please contact us first. We are always happy to help find the best solution and guide you through the options.

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the same condition as received, including all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs and any related expenses are your responsibility.

Made-to-order items

Because our garments are produced after an order is placed, we do not keep unnecessary stock and avoid overproduction. This allows us to create a more mindful production process with focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Please note that there is a difference between standard made-to-order items and custom-made items.

Standard made-to-order pieces

Items produced in our standard designs and sizes without individual modifications are eligible for returns according to applicable consumer rights.

Custom-made pieces

Items created specifically for you based on individual measurements, personal adjustments, or special requests are not eligible for return, as they are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

If you are unsure whether your order is considered custom-made, please contact us before placing your order.

Fit & adjustments

We want you to feel confident and happy with your Odd Existence piece.

Because our garments are made with care and many are produced after your order is placed, we understand that finding the perfect fit is an important part of the experience.

If your order does not fit as expected upon arrival, please contact us before considering a return. In many cases, we are able to help adjust the garment so it fits you better.

We are always happy to discuss the best solution with you. Alterations may be charged separately depending on the changes required.

If incorrect measurements have been provided by the customer, alteration costs may apply.

Our goal is always to help you end up with a garment that feels made for you and that you will love wearing.

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, Balula Hybrid Briefs cannot be returned or exchanged.

Tights can only be returned if the package is unopened.

Ready-to-ship pieces & sale items

We hope you love your Odd Existence purchases. However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return eligible items.

All items must be returned new and unused.

We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, washed, or returned without original tags.

How to return your item

Please write an e-mail to info@oddexistence.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Please include your return information or use our return form.

The responsibility for returned items remains with you until the package has been delivered to the listed return address.

For your safety, please keep your postage receipt and send your return package with tracking.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the payment method used at purchase within 10 working days.

Returns: Ready-to-ship pieces, tights & sale items

We hope you love your Odd Existence purchase. If something is not exactly what you expected, eligible items can be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@oddexistence.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

All returned items must be in the same condition as received:

• Unused

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unaltered

• With all original tags attached

We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags.

For hygiene reasons, tights can only be returned if the package is unopened.

Sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
