Prices & Payments
All prices on Odd Existence's webshop are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl.VAT.
Odd Existence reserves the right to change the prices without further notice.

Shipping
We are shipping worldwide. We mainly produce orders by made-to-order, but all ready-to-ship orders are shipped within 1-3 business days* from when you place your order, except weekends and holidays. Please allow 2-7 business days* for delivery of your package.
All orders within Denmark are shipped with DAO or GLS. Orders from the rest of the world are shipped with GLS, UPS, DH or PostNord. Please Allow 5-14 business days* for worldwide shipping.
*If your order includes at least one made-to-order piece add up to 3 weeks of production time or make a deal with us via email if you want us to ship the order separately.
Made-to-order-pieces
When you order a made-to-order piece it has a production time on up to 3 weeks before it's packed and sent to you. Depending on work load in our sewing lab.
You will get an update via e-mail as soon as your order is ready and when it's shipped you will receive info with all delivery details via text and e-mail.
The delivery time is normally 2-10 businessdays within EU. If you need a product for a specific date, please get in touch with us before ordering via info@oddexistence.com and we will do our best to accommodate your wish.
Ready-to-ship-pieces
Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of your package when shipped.
International shopper
For international shoppers the delivery time can be up to 1-3 weeks from your package is shipped till you receive it depending on where you are located.
OBS! Because of Brexit, costumers from the UK, should be aware that you now unfortunately might have to pay a custom tax when you receive your package from Denmark.
Returns
We gladly accept returns (except "made to order" items), but no later than 14 days from the day you received your order. Items should be returned new and unused. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the tag.
OBS! We don't make returns on made-to-order-items
We don’t do returns on made to order items, as these products are made specific for you.
If you’ve mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit because you got the numbers wrong, don’t worry. We can still fix it, but you will be charged for alterations. Please write an e-mail to: info@oddexistence.com.
Products must be returned in the exact condition you received them in.
Other returns: Tights, ready-to-ship-pieces & sale items
We hope you love your new Odd Existence purchases. However, if something isn't exactly what you were looking for, you will have 14 working days from the day of delivery to return your item.
All items should be returned new and unused. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the tags.
OBS: We only accept return of tights in an unopened package.

As soon as we have received the returned item(s) and accepted your return, we will transfer the amount of your returned item(s) within 10 working days on the card used at purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and all other related expenses.

The responsibility of the item(s) is yours until the package has been delivered on the listed address. For your safety, please keep your postage receipt until you have received your refund and send your package return as a track and trace delivery so you make sure it delivered correctly.
Track your order
When your order is shipped you will receive both an e-mail and text from the shipping company with your tracking number.
