Odd Existence was born from my simple, stubborn belief: that getting dressed can be art, and that clothing can care for you as much as you care for it.

For as long as I can remember, clothes have been my way of speaking without words. A secret language. A playful ritual. A refuge. What I wore shaped how I moved, how I felt, how I entered a room. That way of connecting with clothing is what gave birth to Odd Existence.

Today, Odd Existence is a slow fashion brand rooted in individuality, craftsmanship, and what I call wardrobe wellness. The idea that the clothes you wear every day should support you, not exhaust you. Style shouldn’t be rushed, trend-driven, or disposable. It should feel grounding. Empowering. Personal. Playful.

Everything I make starts with a wish for my own wardrobe and maybe it’s something you’ve been missing too. Most pieces are made-to-order, taking shape slowly, carefully and with feeling. A quiet rebellion against fast fashion and the culture of the disposable. Created to live with you, not rush past you.

I work with extraordinary seamstresses. My primary production is in Jutland, at a small, local sewing lab where craftsmanship is sacred and every stitch matters. Here, hands know fabric like the back of their hand bring designs to life. Back in my studio on Amager, I work with my in-house seamstress on the more intricate, tailored pieces, those that need to bend, stretch, and adapt to your body, your measurements, your story. Every garment that leaves Odd Existence carries this duality: slow, considered craft, and personal attention.

I shape each piece to the person wearing it whenever it calls for it - a little longer here, a little tighter there, a tiny flourish where it matters. Every adjustment is a quiet conversation between fabric and body, so it feels alive, right, and yours.
